It's our first priority at Kiki Carnegie Jewellery that you are satisfied with our terms and service.In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, it's your right to return or exchange your order. To do this please notify us as soon as possible either by email or telephone us on +44 (0)7798 604 328.You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items when they are in your possession, because they cannot be exchanged if they have been worn or damaged by you. We do want you to be completely happy with your jewellery and will refund you the price you paid if the item is not suitable.If an exchange is required your order will need to be refunded and a new order placed.We will be happy to help you with this. Alternatively you can return your items in person to our studio at: Studio 15, Craft Central, 21 Clerkenwell Green, London, EC1R 0DX.If the items are being returned by post, please include the paperwork and packaging and send it back to: Returns Department at the above mentioned address.We recommend that you send your order back to us via Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service for security purposes. We cannot accept responsibility for items sent back and lost in transit.Except when an Item is defective, damaged or sent in error by us, it will be your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of the item back to us. Delivery For Trade of bulk orders, please contact us directly on +44 (0)7798 604328 so we can discuss production and delivery. All items in stock can be delivered in between 7-10 days. If you would like something sooner, please contact us and we can discuss possibilities.
